Adam, Male, 28 years old

Western medical diagnosis: Non-specific ulcerative colitis and enteritis, pancreatitis, reflux gastritis.

Medical history: 3 years, has been hospitalized, has used hormones, Salofalk and other drugs for treatment, the condition has not substantially changed, and was told by the doctor that it is an immune system disease and needs to take medicine for life.

Chief complaint: Stool 6-7 times a day, always feeling of defecation and have pus and a little blood in stool. Abdominal gas, borborygmus, and tenesmus.
